Retirement Savings
SBG provides retirement savings through a 401K account, managed by Janney Montgomery Scott and the Principal Financial Group. SBG participates with a Qualified Matching Contribution (QMAC), 100% of the first 3% of employee contribution and 50% of the next 2%. Employees contribute up to $16,500 (current IRS limit) to their plan before taxes. Participants can choose from a variety of investment options including stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
Paid Time Off
Full time employees enjoy 25 work days of paid time off per year. Vacation time accrues from the employee's start date.
